Dirty
coils reduce cooling efficiency and can produce
"Dirty Sock Syndrome", a condition
where odors ocurr. Air conditioning units have
to run longer to cool when coils are dirty,
so little by little, energy costs increase.
While this increase may not be noticeable for
only one or two units, dozens of units can cause
a marked increase in energy consumption.
In
all cases, periodic cooling coil cleaning helps
get the coil back to normal. But cooling coil
cleaning can require a lot of man-hours to do,
and the unit is unavailable for use while this
is being done. It would be desirable to break
this ongoing cycle of dirty coils and increasing
operating costs after cleaning.
Use First Strike Micro Coat ® for continuously
clean coils. First Strike MicroCoat ® puts
a molecular barrier on coils to reduce the frequency
of coil cleaning by up to eight times.
First
Strike has been proven effective in hard to
handle coils such as those in restaurants and
bars, bakeries, and other severe operating conditions.
If having clean coils and optimum energy consumption
is important to you, First Strike Micro Coat
is the solution.
